Prepare your Excel or CSV file
- Go to Leads Section
Navigate to Leads from the menu. - Download Sample Format (Optional)
Download the sample file to understand the required column format (e.g. Name, Phone Number, Email, etc.). - Prepare Your Leads File
- Use Excel or CSV format (.xlsx / .csv).
- Ensure all mandatory fields are filled correctly.
- Phone numbers should be in the correct format.
- Upload the File
Click on Upload File, select your leads file, and upload it.

- Upload the File
Click on Upload File, select your leads file, choose the process and upload it.
- Error in Uploading the File
If you received an error, it may be due to a duplicate lead or an incorrect number format. Please fix the errors and try uploading again.
