Step 1: Connect Your Google Sheet
UI Reference

Steps:
- Open your Google Sheet
- Click “Share”
- Add:
- Give Editor access
- Click Send\

In UserVox:
- Enter Integration Name
- Paste Google Sheet URL / ID
- Select Sheet Name
- Click Test Access\
Step 2: Choose Integration Mode

1. Standard Mode (Bidirectional Sync)
Best for: CRM / Active workflows Features:- Read leads from sheet
- Update status back
- Add comments & disposition
- Push call recordings\
2. Write-Only Mode (One-Way Sync)
Best for: Reporting / Analytics Features:- Writes only final outcomes
- Does not touch source sheet
- Creates separate reporting sheet\
Configuration:
- Sheet Name Template:
- Enable Auto-create daily sheets if needed
Step 3: Column Mapping

- Shows mapping of sheet columns → UserVox variables\
Example Mapping:

Notes:
- Names should match exactly
- Custom variables are allowed Keep naming consistent\

Select where integration applies:- Calling Campaigns
- Sales Flows
- Verification Calls
- Collections\
