Viewing Usage

  1. Navigate to Billing or Usage in https://app.uservox.ai
  2. Select the date range and scope (workspace/agent/campaign)
  3. Review usage by call minutes, attempts, and AI processing

Alerts and Limits

  • Configure alerts at thresholds (e.g., 80% of plan)
  • Set caps per agent or campaign to control spend

Recommendations

  • Schedule call windows to optimize connect rates
  • Tune qualification to shorten unsuccessful calls
  • Use disqualification rules to reduce unnecessary retries
