Uservox Credit System Guide
Overview
The Credit System in Uservox controls how many leads your project can intake and dial. Each lead upload consumes one credit. When your credits are exhausted, lead uploads are blocked until you top up via Razorpay. This guide walks you through every step — from checking your credit balance to uploading leads successfully after payment. What are Lead-Triggered Credits?
- Credits are deducted each time a lead is added to your project calling queue.
- Credits are only released after a successful Razorpay webhook confirmation — not on payment initiation.
Section A: Checking Your Credit Balance
1
Navigate to your profile menu from the Dashboard
Log in to your Uservox account. On the Dashboard, click your profile avatar (email icon) at the top-right corner. A dropdown menu will appear with three options: Account Settings, Organization View, and Sign Out.
2
Click Account Settings

3
Navigate to Billing
Inside Account Settings, you will see a left-hand Settings panel with multiple tabs. Scroll down and click Billing. The main area on the right will load the Project Credits view.
4
Review Your Credit Overview

- Credit Overview: Shows your project name, status badge (Healthy / Exhausted), and “Leads effectively available” count.
- Self-Serve Top-Up: The “Buy leads securely” section where you select quantity and initiate payment via Razorpay.

5
Understand the Insufficient Credits Error
If you attempt to upload leads while your credit balance is at 0, the system will block the upload and display an “Insufficient Lead Credits” error modal showing:
- Available credits (e.g., 0)
- Required credits (e.g., 4 — one per lead row in your file)
- Shortage (e.g., 4 — the gap you need to fill)

Section B: Topping Up Credits via Razorpay
1
Fill in your billing profile
Before initiating payment, scroll down to the Billing Account section on the same Billing page. Fill in your billing profile details:
- Account name — your project or company name
- Billing contact name — name of the person responsible for billing
- Billing phone — used to pre-fill the Razorpay checkout form
- Tax ID / GSTIN — optional; required for GST invoicing
- Address fields — Address line 1, Address line 2, City, State, Pincode
- Billing recipient emails — one email per line; invoices will be sent here

2
Select credit quantity and review payment
In the Self-Serve Top-Up section, select the number of lead credits you wish to purchase (e.g., 5 units at ₹1.00 per credit = ₹5.00 total). Click Review and pay.A Review Payment modal will appear showing:Click Continue to Razorpay to proceed to the payment gateway.
- Credit type: Leads
- Units: the quantity you selected
- Unit price: price per lead credit
- Amount to pay: total amount due
When you continue, the server creates a Razorpay order server-side and passes required order details to checkout. Credits are added only after the secure webhook confirms payment — not immediately on payment initiation.

3
Choose your preferred payment method and pay
The Razorpay payment gateway will open in an overlay displaying your price summary (e.g., ₹5) and the phone number pre-filled from your billing profile. Choose your preferred payment method:
Complete the payment using your preferred method. Once successful, the Razorpay webhook will automatically notify Uservox to release your credits.

4
Verify credits are credited
After a successful payment, go back to Account Settings > Billing. The Credit Overview badge should now show Healthy, and the “Leads effectively available” count should reflect your newly purchased credits (e.g., 5).Click the Refresh button at the top right of the Project Credits section if the balance does not update immediately.

A “Healthy” badge with a non-zero lead count confirms your credits are active and you can now upload leads. An invoice will also be generated and sent to your billing email automatically.
5
Access your payment history and download invoices
Still in the Billing section, scroll down to find the Billing & Invoices table. This lists all past transactions with the following columns:
- Invoice — unique invoice ID (e.g., CP-20260407-AZN7)
- Period — the billing date
- Due — payment due date
- Status — paid / sent / pending
- Paid request — reference details for the payment

- Click PDF to download the invoice as a PDF file
- Click View to see full invoice details on screen
- Click Mark as paid (admin use) to manually mark an invoice as settled.

Section C: Uploading Leads After Top-Up
1
Navigate to Leads and upload a CSV or Excel file
From the left sidebar, click Leads. Then click the Upload Leads option. On the Upload Leads page:
- Select Process — choose the relevant calling process from the dropdown (e.g., “Testing Process”). This defines how leads will be contacted.
- Download Template — click this if you need the correct column format for the selected process.
- Upload Leads File — drag and drop your CSV or Excel file into the upload zone, or click to browse. The system will detect the number of rows (e.g., “~4 rows detected”).
- Upload Options — optionally check “Do not initialize leads” if you want to upload without starting outreach immediately.

2
Check how many leads were processed successfully
After clicking Upload, the system processes each row in your file and displays a results summary.
