Overview

Bulk Lead Operations lets you act on many leads at once — for example resetting a batch back to the start of a process, or closing out a list as lost — instead of updating leads one at a time. Leads are identified by uploading a CSV, then matched, reviewed, and executed in a 3-step wizard.

Step 1: Open Bulk Operations

From the Leads page, click More → Do Bulk Operation. The Leads page "More" menu, with Do Bulk Operation among the other list actions

Step 2: Identify Leads

Upload a CSV or Excel file (up to 10MB) containing an identifier column — Phone, Ref ID, or Lead ID — for each lead you want to act on. Step 1: Identify Leads — upload a CSV with Phone, Ref ID, or Lead ID Click Analyze & Upload to move to the next step.

Step 3: Match & Verify

Uservox matches each row in your file against existing leads and shows the match results before anything changes. Review this list carefully — rows that don’t match an existing lead (wrong phone format, typo in a Ref ID) won’t be included in the operation.

Step 4: Execute

Choose the operation to run against the matched leads and confirm. This is the step that actually changes lead data, so double-check the matched count and the operation you’ve selected before confirming.
Bulk operations act on every matched lead at once and can’t be undone from within the wizard. Review the Match & Verify results carefully before executing, especially for destructive operations like delete or close-lost.

Frequently Asked Questions

They’re excluded from the operation. Only rows that successfully match an existing lead (by Phone, Ref ID, or Lead ID) proceed to Execute.
