Overview
Bulk Lead Operations lets you act on many leads at once — for example resetting a batch back to the start of a process, or closing out a list as lost — instead of updating leads one at a time. Leads are identified by uploading a CSV, then matched, reviewed, and executed in a 3-step wizard.Step 1: Open Bulk Operations
From the Leads page, click More → Do Bulk Operation.
Step 2: Identify Leads
Upload a CSV or Excel file (up to 10MB) containing an identifier column — Phone, Ref ID, or Lead ID — for each lead you want to act on.
Step 3: Match & Verify
Uservox matches each row in your file against existing leads and shows the match results before anything changes. Review this list carefully — rows that don’t match an existing lead (wrong phone format, typo in a Ref ID) won’t be included in the operation.Step 4: Execute
Choose the operation to run against the matched leads and confirm. This is the step that actually changes lead data, so double-check the matched count and the operation you’ve selected before confirming.Frequently Asked Questions
What happens to rows in my CSV that don't match a lead?
What happens to rows in my CSV that don't match a lead?
They’re excluded from the operation. Only rows that successfully match an existing lead (by Phone, Ref ID, or Lead ID) proceed to Execute.
Can I bulk-update leads across multiple processes at once?
Can I bulk-update leads across multiple processes at once?
Yes — matching is by lead identifier, not by process, so a single upload can include leads from different processes.
