# How to upload Leads File

> UserVox allows you to upload leads in CSV or Excel files for seamless calling and campaign execution. Follow these steps to upload your leads for calling:

## Prepare your Excel or CSV file

* **Go to Leads Section**\
  Navigate to **Leads** from the menu.
* **Download Sample Format (Optional)**\
  Download the sample file to understand the required column format (e.g. Name, Phone Number, Email, etc.).
* **Prepare Your Leads File**
  * Use Excel or CSV format (.xlsx / .csv).
  * Ensure all mandatory fields are filled correctly.
  * Phone numbers should be in the correct format.
* **Upload the File**\
  Click on **Upload File**, select your leads file, and upload it.

## Upload your file in Uservox

* **Upload the File**\
  Click on **Upload File**, select your leads file, choose the process and upload it.

* **Error in Uploading the File**\
  If you received an error, it may be due to a duplicate lead or an incorrect number format. Please fix the errors and try uploading again.
