# Pulse Usage

> How to view the pulses users are using

## Overview

Pulse tracks consumption of AI calling resources by workspace, agent, and campaign.

## Viewing Usage

1. Navigate to Billing or Usage in [https://app.uservox.ai](https://app.uservox.ai)
2. Select the date range and scope (workspace/agent/campaign)
3. Review usage by call minutes, attempts, and AI processing

## Alerts and Limits

* Configure alerts at thresholds (e.g., 80% of plan)
* Set caps per agent or campaign to control spend

## Recommendations

* Schedule call windows to optimize connect rates
* Tune qualification to shorten unsuccessful calls
* Use disqualification rules to reduce unnecessary retries
