# Call Quality Analysis

> How we analyze calls and how to view analysis in the dashboard

## What We Analyze

* Transcripts and summaries
* Intent detection and outcomes
* Sentiment and interruptions
* Objection handling and resolution
* Talk-listen ratio and call durations

## Where to View

1. Go to [https://app.uservox.ai](https://app.uservox.ai) and open Analytics or Calls
2. Select a call to view transcript, summary, and extracted fields
3. Use filters (agent, campaign, date range, outcome) to drill down

## Metrics and Scores

* Contact rate, qualification rate, conversion rate
* First-call resolution and follow-up requirements
* Quality indicators: clarity, confidence, objection handling

## Exports

* Download CSV summaries
* Export transcripts for review and coaching
